Sourced from a hill farm in the East Lancashire Pennines this wonderful antique painted sideboard had always been in the same farm house.
It is a classic Victorian Lancashire dresser - with a specific style of this area.
Really it is all about the wonderful original black paint - such gorgeous wear to it, natural crackling and patina.
All structurally sturdy with a few honest repairs over the years including a re-made back right hand leg. The drawers all run but do show signs of their age.
