Dusty Blue Apothecary Drawers

We were drawn to this antique bank of drawers by its wonderful colour.
We believe that this would have been part of a large wall of drawers in a French Pharmacy circa 1900.
It has been cut down to this more useful sideboard. Where it has been repaired it has been repainted.
Both the original blue paint and the labels have significant natural distressing - creating this wonderful look.
Although structurally sound, it is worth noting that most of the drawers do not run smoothly and are quite wobbly. It is really a piece to create a look, rather than storing your knifes and forks in.
