Vintage Leather Vaulting Horse / Stool

We love these old leather gym horses and they make excellent quirky stools. 

These are circa 1940, from the Czech Republic.  Both the leather and the legs have plenty of authentic patina.

This one has a few pock marks - but the leather is still very sturdy.  Unusually the top is fairly flat on this one, making it usable as a side table.
