Mathieu Matégot was a Hungarian designer based in France in the 1950’s.

These chairs are made from wicker with powder coated steel legs – a few bumps to the legs but all in good practical condition.

Not only a beautiful design and form but these are also very comfortable to sit in.

Note that there are x 3 with the older straight legs and 2 with later curled legs.
