Epicerie Bank of Drawers
Sourced on the French Belgium border this fantastic 1920's bank of drawers was originally a huge wall of built in drawers for storing dry herbs. This has been cut down and a new painted top and base added to create this sideboard.
The colour of the frame and drawers is original and this is in fantastic condition inside and out. Painted Pine.
Some of the labels remain: 'Girofles Pulv' which are cloves. 'Pied de chat' which is a plant called 'cat's foot' and used to make tea as a remedy for all sorts such as back pain, bronchitis amongst others ...
