C18th French Chest of Drawers
This is a striking example of an 18th Century French chest of drawers which features a classic serpentine front and retains its original soft grey paint.
Classic craftsmanship of the period and the original grey paint reveals a patina that speaks to centuries of history and use. The piece has been re-varnished to seal in the natural patina.
Made in oak it is in great condition with the drawers running as they should with an old split in the top which we have stabilised..this adds further to its timeless charm.
