Sourced near Le Mans, France this vintage table / desk was being used by a tool maker.
Lovely proportions and patina to the woodwork, a few paint splashes at the ends. The top is not completely flat and the steel drawers have been burnished.
Structurally very sturdy, we believe it is made from a hard wood.
