These tables were sourced from a Victorian Workhouse / Laundry in Birmingham.
There are very few of these buildings now being demolished and much less of these unusual pieces of furniture available.
Both the zinc tops and wooden frames have masses of natural patina. We have waxed the wood and wire wooled the zinc. Structurally sturdy.
Slightly low to sit at unless you had low benches. We love these in a restaurant with bowls of salads / in the window displaying cakes etc or as a quirky table to sit at on low stools.
