This chunky industrial sideboard was sourced from an engineering company in Lille, France.
Very simply and beautifully made with oak frame and thick pine drawers circa 1920's.
We have added the blackened steel within the frame to contrast the oak construction and give the piece the option of being seen from all sides.
The writing on the drawers translates to things like, bolts, paints and fillers.
This is a very heavy superb piece of vintage industrial furniture with masses of character, patina etc. Please note that it has very noticeable signs of old wood worm which we have thoroughly re-treated to be on the safe side.
