Vintage Industrial Benjamin Pendant Lights
|
These enamel pendant lights were reclaimed from a glassworks in Barnsley, Yorkshire. Made in England by Benjamin Suaflux.
Two things make these rather special. Firstly the colour which is quite rare and also the fact that they are in amazing condition. 2 have a small chip each and the rest are very nearly as good as new.
The galleries have been polished and lacquered and these lights are supplied with a fixed brass ( B22 ) bulb holder, chrome chain and a simple ceiling hook. 52 cm h x 48 across

1920's Numbered Coat Hooks
|
These very unusual vintage coat hooks came from a school in West Yorkshire. It is the first time we have seen them made with steel and the brass numbers cast through the steel.
These were painted but have been stripped and lightly burnished, resulting in the authentic looking numbered hooks, retaining much of their character.
Very random numbers with few in consecutive order.

Mid 20th Century Tubular Chairs

These vintage tubular
steel and plywood stacking chairs came from a school in Belgium.
A popular design from the
1930's this style of chair is very comfortable and gives a real vintage feel.
Plenty of patina, adding
masses of character to the plywood and painted metal. In places the paint has been rubbed off revealing the steel.
46 cm h to the seat / 81 h in total x 43 w x 48 d ( at the legs ).

Zinc Topped Winery Table
|
This unusual table came out of a vineyard in Provence. c1900 it has been made so that the top can get wet in the wine making process.
The base has been re painted several times over the years and has plenty of character.
The zinc also has some patina, although being really quite thick, it is in great condition for its age - we love the 'rivets' around the edges.

We have been sourcing a
lot of vintage industrial furniture from a factory in Catalonia, Spain.
1940's and very authentic.
The factory produced
clothing and shoes, each of these tables had a specific function.
Wonderful patina to the
painted wooden frame and good structural condition with some old wood worm
which has been re-treated.
Excellent side table / cupboard or
very useful as a waiter station / greeter table in a restaurant.

Reclaimed Apple Boxes on Wheels

These French apple boxes are very sturdy with a different design to the English - in excellent condition having being stored in the dry all their lives.

Vintage Shoe Factory Trolleys
|
These also came out of the Leicester shoe factory and these painted metal trolleys would have stood beside each worker filled with tools and threads etc.
Each trolley has been given a good wire wool clean and lightly oiled. They retain masses of patina as per the pictures.
Often referred to as 'work in progress' trolleys these are extremely useful from being stuffed with cereals and veg to children's painting equipment.

I am in love with this painted antique bookcase. The original paint is very naturally distressed and has masses of character and patina with wonderful colours.
Structurally sturdy with some old, re-treated, woodworm. A few bumps and scrapes as per the pictures.

Painted Louis Philippe Armoire

This stunning antique painted cupboard was originally sourced by us in the South of France.
It was sourced for a client who was after a large naturally distressed French Armoire.
Now that the works at this clients house have finished she feels that it is too big for her space and has asked if i wouldn't mind selling it for her. Viewing by appointment is no probs, London - N8.
As can be seen in the pictures it has a fantastic patina to the paint and has had a little restoration to the very top and bottom.
