19th Century French Cupboard

We sourced this antique French cupboard from a dealer in Normandy.
The finish has been produced by using a product to remove the newer layers of paint, revealing the older original colours. No paint has been added to produce this finish.
The shelves can be removed if required to change the use from a linen cupboard or more of a larder.
These cupboards were made to be dismantled for shipping and for access into houses. They go together really well and simply - nothing like Ikea ! There are old shipping labels dated 1919 attached to the inside of the cupboard.
A few bumps and scrapes but good and sturdy.
