1930's Cool Box / Fridge

This antique fridge was sourced from an epicerie in Normandy.
Sometimes these old fridges had a compressor motor that kept them cool - this is an earlier design and had a central zinc section that would have held a large block of ice to keep the unit cool. To free up some space we could take this out if required.
It is in good condition for its age with masses of natural patina to the varnish inside and out. All the handles are in good working order. We have replaced the base and strengthened one of the feet that was damaged. All now good and sturdy.
