1930's Repainted Sideboard
This vintage painted sideboard was sourced from a small carpenters workshop.
Having had a good life it has recently been repainted - we have also given the oak top a quick sand and have waxed it - bringing out the fantastic colour and showing off its marks and scrapes.
Really this was originally a shop counter as it is double sided. However it would be equally at home as a sideboard against a wall or a centre piece as a kitchen island or room divider.
A few knocks and scrapes as per its age and use but structurally very sturdy. Some old re treated woodworm.
Oak and repainted pine.
