19th Century Painted Trunk

This fantastic maritime chest has probably travelled the world. Very authentic with several layers of paint and bumps and scrapes producing masses of character. Very strong and sturdy - made from pine.
We have given this a good scrub with some polish and wire wool to clean it.
It has two removable trays inside, one of which is zinc lined to keep perishables in.
Wonderful storage, TV stand or side table.
