This bobbin leg table is circa 1900. We have been very keen to have one of these in stock for ages so very pleased to find this one. Unusually it has brass and ceramic castors. The bobbin legs are turned oak and the top is pine.
These bobbin tables are often referred to as Gypsy tables with felt covers and a tasselled fringe. Perhaps you can imagine some tarot cards being laid out on it..... This table was once covered and has some small nail holes around the top edge.
Structurally it is good. It has had some old repairs but done well.
