Black and White Painted Shop Counter

Circa 1900 we sourced this vintage counter in Northern France.
It has had some restoration and given a black 'wash' and you can see the older varnish underneath - it looks very authentic.
The inside is original and a great contrast. The top is pine and sanded with plenty of remaining original patina.
We love this as a counter / room divider or equally as a sideboard against a wall.
