Decorative Painted Counter / Island

Sourced from a Drapers, in Normandy this French Bank of Drawers is late 19th Century.  Painted pine - dovetailed drawers, steel cup handles.
Designed to be positioned in the centre of a room as a counter it would be equally happy against a wall.

We have added the decorative painted detail to the front/drawers side.  Otherwise original colour and patina.  The top has been sanded and sealed.

All in all in good working order.
