Harlequin Painted Italian Chests
These wonderful Italian chests have been newly made by our very talented friends on the coast to the West of Florence.
Because they have been made predominantly using reclaimed materials they have a lovely texture to them. This texture lends itself very well to being painted and helps to produce this fantastic aged finish.
We love the geometric design and they looked fantastic in my client's beautiful sitting room which has hints of dark red.
This piece was made as a commission and is now sold.
