We have for sale this wonderful Shepherds Hut, certainly an unusual item for us to salvage.
Around 3 years old this hut is fully insulated, double glazed, water connection including an electric hot water heater. There is an excellent wood burning stove and the shepherds hut is wired with sockets and lighting with an electrical connection.
It seems to be in excellent condition inside and out having been re-painted this year.
Please note that even though everything was plugged in and working when we brought the hut. It is sold as a second hand shepherds hut with no certificates or warranty and is priced accordingly. We would recommend having everything tested by a professional. As far as we can tell it is all ready to go.
Some of the pictures were taken when we found it where the previous owners had it set up as a spare bedroom ( it is supplied with the bed ). We also love this how we have set it up as an office / writers retreat and also dream of having a pretty spot to place it, all cosy with the fire going and the doors open. Then the next year wheeling it into a clearing in the woods for a different experience.
