Although we sourced these vintage industrial lights in France they were actually manufactured in Connecticut, USA.
Hubbell, was founded in 1888 and still produces lighting to this day.
These lights were originally intended as flood lights. We love taking them out of context and having them as wall lanterns or even on the floor as up-lights.
We have given the pitted aluminium cases a light polish and re-wired with candy striped braided flex and copper E27 bulb holders. These are a great opportunity to use some funky lightbulbs. One of the lanterns is missing a corner which does not effect the function.
